  8. Hey Tamiah! Congratulations on the fabulous idea and good presentation.

From your presentation i found out that our ideas are quite similar in some senses.

Like allowing the players to customize their looks, have interactivity in the game through wordings and chattings, etc.

I believe this is what interactive screen is all about. People like to take control these days, yet they cant sometimes. In real life, many people want to be a certain people but they just cant be one. So in the games, we let them to have the chance to experience being “THAT” character that they want to be.

Our concepts are quite similar. and thanks for introducing the film and the game “Mysts”. I have not heard about it before, might need to do some research about it.

    Great performance overall. Well done!

  10. Hey Jacinta, well done in your talk to! I absolutely love your idea. To allow people to experience and ‘be’ a part of another culture…genius!!! Our ideas are quite similar but to have an interactive game I think that networking, online liaising and customisable avatars are all crucial features. The story and characters are usually the only thing that makes these interactive games differ from one another.

If you or anyone else is interested the film that I showed a clip from was called “Caprica” and was released earlier this year. You can probably find it online or if you want it on dvd try JB Hi-Fi :o )

Tell me what you're thinking...
